Le contesto que si mi celular funciona aunque sea de otra compañía y no hay problema me quedo con mi equipo. Ago los pagos correspondientes y al activar mi línea el teléfono se bloqueó, y me disen que tengo que comprar un equipo nuevo por qué el mío ya no funciona, obvio me moleste y le digo que cómo es posible. Que me canselaran el contrato, el gerente me dise que no se puede y que tampoco puede arreglar mi equipo, y muy grosero me dise que ya son las 8 pm, y que ya van a serrar.sali de ahí sin línea y sin equipo. Pésimo servicio del gerente,. PD: la señorita se escusa disiendo que tiene tres cemnas trabajando ahí, que no sabía que eso pasaría.

Bad costumer service ,my phone was broke and I needed a new phone and they come with "I'm sorry ,we need to send you a msg to your phone to verify that its your account " ? So how I suppose to get the text when my phone is broke ??? I had my account number and password and I been with metro for more than 3years ...
