Very bad experience. Do not go there!!!Tried their product and invested my time and money there . Had a bad reaction and went to return products and they did not want to bc the gift they offered was not in bag. Hello Olga and Bertha ...the gift was an offer for the time and $200+ I spent trying your products . .They also refused to share the managers name or number . So disappointed. I will call the corporate office . Maybe they will have some appropriate customer courtesy.

Mrs. Karin Laura was exceptional. I currently identify as a merman. Recently I have had a scale problem and was quickly running out of options. I went to a local pet store a few days ago, looking for a mate to lay my trident down with. The guy cleaning the tanks said that merle norman has everything I need to repair my lush scales. I sang him a tune and was on my way. Mrs. Laura greeted me with open arms and complimented my seashells (#organic). She gave me a potion they called lotion scrub. She made sure to mention that it wasn't tested on dolphins and has no Dead Sea salts. Thanks for the care. Its clean (alge free), fish friendly, and they have a wonderful scent that reminds me of Atlantis.

I had a huge inconvenience with one of the experts with this company. She sold me the two wrong creams. Both were exchanged to me by another consultant and with a better cream than the one I had bought before. It really made a difference the way she was and extremely understanding with me. I really love these products since I started purchasing them for years. Thank you so much Merle Norman!!!

I bought the skin care product as a gift, and I met mrs.Karin Laura. She is so helpful to what I needed, even though I have no idea about cosmetic for woman/ lady. Karin took her time explaining each different products good for what skin type: dry, wrinkle, freckle etc...
