While the price for private pay is a bit on the steep side (and should be drastically lowered in my opinion), I was seen fairly quickly and contrary to the other reviews here, the front desk staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful and treated me with dignity and respect. After being called in to the examination room, I waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the P.A. Viviana Garcia, and she was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all my concerns and questions I had. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at PCI and would definitely return again in the near future and would highly recommend them too.

Negative star if I could!! Horrible staff, they don’t answer the phone and when they do they transfer you to the nurse station and don’t answer for over an hour and a half. I was calling to get my results and they kept transferring me until closing time and didn’t get an answer. Extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend!!Dr. Norma Washington is amazing but not that this place!! Don’t go

Didn’t give it a 5 star because most times it can be a hassle to be seen here. The Dr.s and Nurse Practitioners help you for the most part get treatment, medication, and referrals. Not open nights, on Saturdays or Sundays so that is a huge downfall of being a patient here.

Unnecessarily hard and will not take things seriously will force you to wait by the phone at all hours of the day Will question your insurance even though they do take it and so much more it’s a shame tbh I liked my doctor but the girl up front seems to want to make sure to use the policies to make things as difficult as possible…..I’m switching soon and I recommend you do also

2 weeks and my wife still hasn't gone correct prescriptions from the doctor you have an appointment they see you in an hour later and take walk ins first staffs is very rude

My daughter and I went in as walk-ins. They took us right in. The staff was amazing. The service was prompt and the staff was so profesional and compassionate. Highly recommend!

To top it off not only have they lost the city of McAllen contract and I'm sure a lot of valuable patients but the staff there is just so unprofessional unducated no courtesy no empathy lack of professionalism and knowledge wanting a patient to repay for any fee because they lost it or Input it wrong is totally ridiculous when you're showing them bank proof never will I go again never going back

Terrible. They didn't want to see me in person. They told me to wait in the car and a doctor would call me. So I waited in my car and got a phone call from a doctor who asked me basic questions about my symptoms. They still charged me the copay. I basically diagnosed myself. This clinic was a joke.

Worst customer service. Specially the girls in the window, they always have rude tone and attitude. I don't believe the Doctors there know how they treat people.

Worst customer service ever they can't even give me a direction on how to make an appointment to see the doctor after they changed the system and contradict each other of what time to call or walk in. They don't even know what direction to point me and they get upset with me for asking questions. Just disappointed expected more professionalism from individuals in the medical field.

Great customer service. Above and beyond to help me get back to work. We just have to be patient. They are trying their best to get everyone taken care of. There is always two sides. Don’t be so quick to blame. Thank you and hang in there.
