Called ahead of time for a wheel alignment and the guy said yes bring your car in. Price quoted over the phone was $59.95. After waiting over an hour he stated that mechanic had to test drive the car. He asked me if car was pulling to the sides and I said no. Anyhow technician test drove the car and supposedly did front alignment on front tires only. Next I was asked whether I wanted rear wheels aligned and I said yes being under the impression that that’s part of the quoted price. Long story short I ended paying an extra $49.95 for the 2 rear wheels. I was not made aware that there was going to be an extra charge involved. Lady office manager told me I should have asked about the extra charge before the rear wheel were aligned. I stated at the same time the shop employee should have told me there was a separate charge for aligning the rear tires. I told her that there was a miscommunication as far as the interpretation of a wheel alignment. Switch and bait tactics.total cost $109.40 Will not be going back!

I took my truck in for inspection to see what needed to be replaced, within an hour he told me exactly what needed to be repaired. Next day he got the parts which were the rack and pinion, break rotors, and break pads. He got it done very fast and the price for parts and labor can’t beat it. I highly recommend anyone to go Markham’s due to their awesome service very professional. Big thanks to Jay and his staff!

Very bad customer service. A technician who did the inspection for my vehicle was mad at me because I didn't have the insurance paper with me, so he was mad because I didn't have it, but he didn't ask me if I had it before he did the inspection, so I come to my house and I get the insurance paper and I come back to this place and he says he needs to do the inspection again, and the cost of inspection is 7 dollars, but he said he had to charge me 20 dollars because of the extra work.Horrible Service and Very bad experience.

First of all let me say that I am shocked by the low reviews. I am a travel Nursing Assistant currently on a contract here in McAllen. I need work done on my truck and was referred to this establishment. Jay was very kind my initial visit and assured me that indeed they can do the work needed The price was decent as well. Having a mechanic you can trust means everything when one your a woman and two when your from out of state. I highly recommend!

I went to several shops but nobody could do what Markham were able to do. I’m so thankful for this shop to fix and repair my leaf springs issue on my 2018 GMC Sierra. The price was amazing as well. Will continue to come back for any truck issues in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So comforting to realize there are still honest shops out there. Very honest simple folks that know what they are doing. They charged me peanuts to fix my problem when another local shop wanted $1200. Will definitely go back! I highly recommend this place.

One stop shop!! Most knowledgeable shop that I have been to! I have taken it to many many shops and they can never get it right to the point were I wanted to give up but Mark asked for an opportunity to make it right and even said if they couldn’t fix it he wouldn’t charge that’s how confident he felt knowing that they can fix it! He is very generous and kind calls to update you on anything the vehicle needs which is important to me to know what needs to be done but as well not to pass my budge, I know they’re a little more than others but they’re worth the price! Trust me you won’t regret it just ask for mark and he will help you guaranteed!
