Everyone here is always so helpful and kind unlike other post offices with bitter employees everyone here treats you with a smile on their face, starting with their manager who is always so friendly and you can tell is a great boss to his employees.

The staff is very knowledgeable about proper packaging any item. They are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. If you need anything to secure your item, it is available for purchasing and the staff will ensure your item leaves their place properly packaged.

Scheduled an appointment with them for fingerprinting. Showed up bright and early on appointment day and it turns out they were closed.Didn’t notify me or anything. Would be 1 star, but staff there do seem good.

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews on this business. From a service perspective, they have always been attentive and helpful. When you have a package to ship, their system calculates the rate for all options - USPS, UPS, Fedex - and you can decide which one you want. Of course, there is a charge for this service. Do people think they work for free? But IMO, the charges have always been reasonable, especially considering the ease of shipping and attentive service.

Not worth it! No good in my opinion the service was terrible I spent money and my package was lost and the won't refund. Never ship with this service

I do NOT ???? ???? recommend. I spent 98.00 on a 29. Lb package from Texas to Florida on Dec 21 st expected delivery was 28th it's now Dec 31 st and my package of Christmas gifts to my nieces and nephews are being rerouted for a second time without any notice back to Texas with no help. Very frustrated I'm crying over the matter because now all the gifts I had for them I feel hopeless that they won't receive and I will have to take into court matters to resolve ?

I had to go in for some fingerprints today and the blonde young lady with braces was so so SO sweet and gave such great customer service. The other young lady working with her, despite it being so busy for them, acknowledged & smiled at us thanking us for our patience. It was just an all around delightful experience when I've been having a busy, rushing day. I was able to slow down and just smile with them.

Horrible shipping place. They charge for everything. Returning a FedEx and UPS packages and No QR code scanner. Old fashion packaging store. So you need to have the label printed or They will charge you for printing out the label. I don’t recommend this place. Waste of customers time. Just go to Walgreens or The UPS store and return your items with out any issues- there no labels need to be printed.

You know, the attendant was polite, but she was not knowledgeable at all. The other so called manager did not address me, stood their as stoic as can be, while her attendant explained crazy regulations (private business) about opening the box to take photos for insurance. In addition, she stated I had to have a receipt that verified the value; the value of the item has gone up since I purchased it. The funny thing is collectibles, antiques, and things of good value go up in price and therefore derail their "we only insure things with a verified receipt." So, a purchase receipt is void in this case....I was polite as can be and they can make all kinds of excuses, but the post office laughed after I explained what happened here, lol. Just go to the post office. Don't bother with these people....they clearly are representing companies without reading guidelines, regulations, etc...
