AVOID this place at all cost!! Brought my 2022 Jeep Gladiator for a wash yesterday 12/06/2022 around 11:15ish in the morning. "Alfonso" the manager took my keys from me upon arrival and I went inside to pay. It was early in the morning and there was only one vehicle in front of me therefore I knew I wouldn't be there for too long compared to other times when it's busy. I stayed inside the waiting area, watching the Portugal- Switzerland game. When I started to notice that my truck was taking longer than it should to be pulled out and dried. I stood up, trying to see if I would spot my truck from inside where it was being washed and I couldn't see it. Eventually sometime passed by when I noticed they pulled out my truck to start drying it and my key were handed back to me around 11:55am. When I got into my truck I noticed stress cracks on my entire windshield!!! When I asked the man who turned in my keys back what had happened he said that when they were done washing it, they had given it to him like that!!! Well let me tell you, my windshield was not cracked when I brought it in!!! Alfonso came to talk to me saying that my truck was already like that and another man by the name of "Jose" comes to me saying that my truck was already like that and they had washed it that way and that it was not them. When requesting to speak to the owner "Sergio" I was told that he was not there and that he would be back until 3:30pm if not the next day all day. I left my number with the cashier inside for him to call me back and I haven't received a call back yet. I called this morning and got no answer. This place is responsible for the stress damages caused on the windshield of my truck!! If my windshield would have been cracked upon arrival. Why would they continue with washing it and not report it to me or say anything, knowing it could have caused more damage. I understand accidents happen, however own up to the damages caused and not say anything in hope the customer will not see it or say anything. Waiting for "Sergio" the owner to contact me and get this resolved in a civil matter. I'll continue to follow up....

The best deal in town regarding car wash subscriptions! And Rick is the best for oil changes and Texas vehicle inspections. He's very efficient and professional while treating your car as it is his own.

I've always been pleased with the customer service, business cleanliness, and overall excellent experience and work done to my car. I drive all the way from South Central for a detail at least once a month or every couple months because the prices are manageable and the quality my car and I as a customer receive is incomparable elsewhere. Grateful customer.

It took 25 min for someone to finally start drying my car - I am sure it has air dried by now. Very disorganized. For the price you pay, I would expect better service.

I went here because it's close to my home. My car was filthy sitting on my driveway for 6 months due to a dead battery. I finally got the battery changed and decided to get my car washed. I got the Platinum value and the job looked done on the one side that I could see but looked bad on the other side. The rims were not even cleaned properly. I know the grim on my car was a lot but come on that's why I took it to a car wash and paid more.

If I could I would give 0 stars . I just left this place and my car was not even vacuumed right. I paid 30$ for a car wash that was not even done correctly. This is not the first time they do this. It is my last time here for sure! Poor quality bad customer service.

I almost didn't come here based on the ratings, but decided to put them aside and brought my car in for full detailing. Honestly, I don't know why other reviewers keep complaining. My car came out of here looking better than when I first bought it (I'm not exaggerating either, this is fact)! Super clean and shiny, my dogs usually ride in the car everyday and there's not a dog hair in sight now, they cleaned all the dirt stains on the beige seats from my dogs being messy and they're spotless now. And the trunk (which has been dirty since I bought it) looks like a completely different space now that's it's totally clean. The guy that cleaned my car walked me through every space to show his work and made sure I was happy with the service. Even things I didn't think needed cleaning got cleaned. Since then I've been admiring my car parked on the street from my home. I don't leave too many reviews on Yelp but this is one those business that justly deserves a MUCH higher rating. I'm definitely bringing my car here again.

This place has no change for you to give a tip! They couldn't break a $20 and expected me to tip $20 for a platinum car wash. They said they didn't carry any change. WTH, who does that? I guess they won't be in business for long as you may not be able to tip the folks who dry your car, if you don't have adequate change. If that happens, there's no workers. If there's no workers, there's no business. Not a very smart business practice!

My whole family gets our car wash from here. Quick but efficient service & gets the job done well. Obviously don't expect an extreme detail job off the bronze package but they took the time to wipe down my interior and wheels diligently. My car looks brand spanking new after a road trip and not getting a wash for more than a month. Just make sure to try to come on weekdays because weekends get really busy.

I don't get the detailing just standard Wash and it always comes out good. Trunk is not included with vacuum but rarely do places include that with the cheapest wash. For complete detailing I just go with mobile washing services

Friendly service Terrible work quality I have to redo my car every time interiors look dirty and dusty windows dirty pretty much they let the cars dry with the sun Very poor pride on their work

Much appreciated find now that MR destroyed Daddy-Os. Fact, I like it batter! A ten dollar car-wash gets the everything including tire-detailing.Just to quote Stallone; "I'LL BE BACK !"

AVOID this place unless you want to be ripped off. I would give 0 stars if I could. They try to upsell their car wash services, then do a lousy job. then if you complain, they just say "nothing we can do." Came here for a "deep cleaning detailing" then they quoted me $300. I thought it was too much so he said half price $150. After taking my car back I noticed stains everywhere! They didn't do a thorough job for a "deep cleaning detail". So when I came back to complained they just told me that "those stains are there because the price doesn't include Shampoo". Really!!!?? You charge $150 and don't use shampoo? Then what's included in $150 service when other car washes are around $20 - $50 and they will clean the stains for you? Any Clorox wipes will clean the stains, they just had so many excuses. Shampoo isn't the only thing that cleans stains. Anyway, they don't really care about returning customers, just wanted to rip me off and not listen to my dissatisfaction and just wanted me to never come back. Ok if that's what they want, then I will never come back.
