I had a wonderful experience at this MAC counter! As a dark brown girl, I’ve struggled with technicians just throwing me in the darkest shade without taking into account undertones, pigmentation differences, etc but Alexandra and Krissy really took the time to make sure I found my perfect foundation shade. Alexandra even went to their sister store down the hall to grab the blush I fell in love with ? I am so excited to try out my new makeup and am looking forward to working with again soon ❤️

Staff were all wearing masks. Super friendly and made me feel safe. The store was clean and staff was sanitizing everything ! I was watching them! Good vibes!

Mac inside Dillards has a horrible costumer service. I have been there 4 times, and the 4 times the costumer service was BAD. There was 5 people working there, My mom and i where the only clients in the store, and we had to ask if someone can help us.. they only called each other but none came. This is the first review i write! Because this was bad.

I love MAC cosmetics. But the staff at the McAllen store, not so much. They are so rude! Not just occasionally but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone. I will stick to online ordering cuz the attitude just isn't worth the visits.
