this salon has no continuing education experience, you can tell with the level of service they provide. I went for a cut, dye & extension hair service. I was greeted with the most horrible customer service rep you could ever meet. She was rude &
acted like my presence was annoying her in the salon. The “Owner “ proceeded to foil my bangs and bleach them for the color match. I’ve never been to another salon that has bleached my bangs, the most sensitive part of your hair for the color match. They forgot about me and went to the back to provide other services to guests. They came back, frightened and scared when they noticed my hair was beyond the color that I wanted. After this clear mistake on their part, they tried to charge me $60 for the appointment to color match. I refused to pay and let them know that this was the worst service for a cut & dye in the RGV that I have ever received. They still tried to make it look like it was my hair that was the problem and not their LOW Level of experience and tried to offer me a reduced rate for hair extensions. NO THANK YOU, RUN LADIES !

I saw on Google that they spoke very highly of this beauty and I decided to go to see if they could fix a bad cut that they had given me weeks before at another beauty. I'm not from the area so I don't know where to go. Anyway... good treatment, the lady was very kind, she managed to fix me up as much as possible and I already made an appointment for the next trim. Thank you so much ??

It is the first time I have visited this place and I really liked the attention and the service, I went for a hair dye, the treatment was excellent, I never felt pulling or tugging of my hair like when I washed off the dye; Only that I would recommend that you take a little more care in the end in the details of the staining of the dye since it was noticeable, even so I recommend this place and I hope that my next visit they manage to improve that small detail. ?

I showed up crying with terrible bleached damaged uneven hair and they came to the rescue. Lucy is my hero! She’s amazing. 11 out of 10. Absolutely recommend. Worth every cent!!

I have been going to Lucy for my extentions for a while now being that she is the only one that I trust! She does a phenomenal job and makes you feel so comfortable! I absolutely LOVE my hair! && I could not say that before because I had lost so much hair that I was so sad with what I had to work with. That was until Lucy came in and preformed a miracle! She does such amazing work! You will not be disappointed! Best ever!!!! Thank you Lucy for everything!!!!!
