Would rate lower if Google allowed, failure to meet standards in contract agreement, refusal to refund due to defaulting on own contract. Customer service trash.

Had to go back and forth because “custom†dress was not her size. Event is in 3 weeks. Owner/manager Mr Franco is very unprofessional and does not value the customer or their time.

Wish I could give 0 stars‼ my sister's quinceaí±era dress has been paid for months. To begin with this dress was supposed to be custom made for her. They took measurements of her back early last year (first quarter of the month). Her dress was paid off in full in December. At the end of January we took her for a final fitting. Turns out dress was way too small "9 inches" too small. For a custom dress that she was measured almost a year ago. And her weight is the same. Anyways my mom calls shop last week so she could go and pick up the dress to bring it home. (Event is first weekend in April so this dress was supposed to be home January/February the latest) we go Wednesday March 13 and the lady at the shop tells us this dress has not been fixed. (We were supposed to be picking it up since January:the last time we had gone) So they walk us to a seamstress across the street. We tell her when this dress is needed and she lets us know for sure she wouldn't have it ready on time . So I tell the lady that took us there that I want to talk to manager and she says he's not there and is not always there. So I ask to speak to owner. Well turns out he's also the owner. After attempts to call this "owner/manager" tells us dress will be ready Saturday. And I let him know (over the phone since he was too busy to go) that I will be back Saturday for the dress or a refund (which he says they don't do). 1. There are no signs that say that 2.receipt doesn't say that either 3.that dress should of been at home with my sister for months Thursday March 14 we go again to dress shop because he was going to be there and assured us dress would be ready Saturday. He said to come in Saturday morning because they get busy in the afternoon. Saturday comes my parents took off early from home because not only do they not live that close, but they have other things to do. Dress Shop opens at 11. So man calls them and tells them. Dress will be ready at 12. So my parents go have lunch. Driving back man calls them to tell them dress will be done by 1. We'll let me tell you. That dress got there at 3 pm. The man did not bother to get off from his vehicle to atleast give them an apology in person. And he's the OWNER‼ Shows no respect for the customers. Very unprofessional‼I REPEAT NO RESPECT‼ find yourself a place that will value you as a customer and more than anything your time.
