We bought a fully-assembled, brand-new electric golf cart from Lowe’s store #2656 on 12/13/24. Almost immediately, the golf cart had pieces fall off including the wheels from the stripping of the bolts during assembly. We asked to return it since it was a damaged product and they refused to take it back and instead wanted Coleman (the manufacturer) to repair, with us paying the delivery charge. After doing so and sending to a recommended shop by Coleman, the cart remains unfixed with Coleman and Lowes fighting over whose fault. We are frustrated with false advertising about the return policy, the poor assembly and the lack of help by the store personnel. We want our money back and will never do business with Lowe’s. We are preparing a Texas Lemon Law filing to get the government involved. The bottom line is don’t buy expensive items from Lowe’s, there is no return policy.

Horrible horrible service i wish i could give them 0 stars they don’t even deserve 1 star their management is literally the worst I’ve ever seen they are also very rude! A lot of the associates don’t even bother to help always on their phones and don’t acknowledge you at all also they need to tell there associates to at least wear deodorant cause some of them smelled horrible that I had to go to another aisle management especially that store manager Eli he is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , how did he even get that position Do not go to this Lowe’s go to another one of go to Home Depot this store doesn’t deserve my money or your money don’t waste your time here.

Was sent from a Pharr Tx Lowes to McAllen store on North 10th because they had run out and just so happens they hike up the price from $399 to $479 lady was super rude and unapproachable and unappreciative of a loyal customer and Lowe’s for Pros member . I have removed a 5star to a one. Lorena MASM Ops with capacity and authority chose to throw me treat be with little to no regard. We have spent thousands and thousands here but will be glad to shop where integrity is upheld ?

I’ve always liked this Lowe’s store in particular, some of the associates are knowledgeable and helpful, mostly those that have worked there for a long time. Their installation service has changed for the worst, although the clerks are still friendly, their appointment service is terrible, they don’t communicate well with the contractors they use and the customer is the one who suffers. I have family that has the same experience of damaged goods, specially on custom made orders. If you just need to buy tools or something they have in stock, you can still go to Lowe’s, for any special order, just look for a local business that could be a bit more expensive, but service will be far superior. Sad to see a store service decline so drastically

Was looking for bathroom accessories. Hardly anything on display was available on the shelfs. No associates available for help anywhere to be seen. Shouldn't have to walk all the way to front to find someone. Available selection was terrible.

Bought a garbage disposal from Lowe's and the service for them to install it, they kept postponing the install date, it took almost two months, now they cancelled on the install and are giving me a refund?! What terrible service, do NOT waste your time here at Lowe's, I'll never come back to this establishment. I could've just paid a plumber to do it, it would've been done the same day.
