Tried buying an electric lawnmower, but there Self-checkout wasn't working properly.. The Self-checkout employee had to move me to another checkstand but she still had the same concern.. Yet they didn't have a regular checkstand open or personal avaliable... Needless to say I wasn't able to purchase the item, I'm going back after lunch hopefully the issue was been addressed..

Showed water pressure gauge (RW bay 48). Item not at this location. Not even in stock. Wasted 20 minutes looking for item. Finally found the employee assigned to the area. Got the help I needed.
I returned a sprinkler because it was the wrong size. In and out no hassle & no receipt. Lowe's is still the best.

I enjoy shopping at Lowe’s due to the wide isles and previous customer service as well as the organization and display of products.
Warning: if ever renting a bissell carpet cleaning machine. Inspect it well before taking it home. The deposit says you must clean it before returning or lose your deposit. We payed an extra $5 for the hand attachment. When I got it home I kept smelling a foul Oder. After a process of elimination I found the attachment had old stagnant water in it that spilled out into the back of my truck. Then I saw the attachment had hair in it that smelled like it was used to cleaning a decomposing animal carcass. I spent the next 1.5 hours disassembling the wand and hose so I could fully clean it before using it on our sofa. What a waste of my time. Someone should have inspected it when the last user returned it.

As of the last 3 months, I've been busy remodeling and upgrading our family home. The house was built back in 1998. The house was built by my loving aunt, whom I cared for the last ten years, until her recent passing. After her passing, I decided to undertake a task that I had never attempted before. However, my motivation would be in honor of my aunt Carmen. I knew that I would need sound advice and experience from people to do the work and from merchants to guide me in the right direction. Living in Edinburg, I leaned on the local Lowes store to get me where I needed to go. The process was not overnight, but I realized that everything required time, money, and sound judgments. Lowes was my go-to business that I would look to first when I needed anything such as painting supplies , flooring, plumbing, electrical products and fixtures, appliances big or small, etc.etc..
To make a long story short, I've learned a lot about the process of remodeling a home. I've also learned that Lowes can provide almost every need that may arise. My thanks to Lowes for being there, even at 6:00 am and late at night.
