Awful service , wants to charge you the NFS even thought you zelle the money that same day, customer service is even worst, Brisa at Mission who supposed to be the manager has bad attitude and is not helpful at all, I been dealing with something since Saturday and she never calls you back, don't get an account at Lone Star National Bank.

This bank motto states : we do what little banks can't and big banks won't. This a lie in my case. Customer service is paranoid. Not friendly While I do business with them, I would not recommend this bank system at all. It is very hard to deposit money with them

If you're looking for a place that detects fraud on your debit card and then pays it anyway this is the bank for you. Fraud department is a fraud. Wish they had zero stars

In Dec. 2020 an assistant manager here was very rude right after I opened a new account. Gave me a really hard time about how I filled out a *deposit* slip of all things. I went back a week later and closed the account. Fine with me. I'll be telling everybody for several years about my negative experience with Lone Star, if a related topic comes up.

Heads up to customers: When I opened my account I specifically told them to not authorize any overdraft charges, which they said they could do. $35.99 overdraft! This is my first offense and I called LSNB customer service and they said there's nothing they could do. I'm sure others have seen the Netflix message that says that you can't use Netflix because the charge didn't go through, that the Netflix account is suspended and to rerun the charge when it will go through. I have a busy life to be remembering dates that bills and charges will go through and this is just taking advantage. Don't say you can do something, allow me to put trust in you all, and then go back on your word just to get me to open a bank account with you all. Or else warn the customers of circumstances where you will allow overdrafts to go through even though they are not in agreement.

50 dlls charged for "inactivity", when I was promised this wouldn't happen when I open the account.
