I won a gift card in a contest that they did during one of their lives two months ago and I have yet to receive the GC. I messaged them last month and they said they would get back with me once it was ready. Another month passed by and still haven't heard from them. I'm starting to wonder if anyone has actually won during their contests. I also messaged one of their store managers regarding getting my taxes done there and they never responded.

They no have experience for do taxes very bad customer service and they contract person's need go walk and ask step for step what they need to do so very slow...... I for sure no recommended

Liberty tax was horrible! The staff knew nothing about filing taxes they were constantly asking questions to others and had to look everything up, it would be a whole lot easier to just do your taxes online yourself, they could hardly do it themselves. The manager there does not put his customers as a high priority, never returns phone calls, always leaving the office, you can never get ahold of him when calling. And to top it off they got all my personal information and never bothered to file my taxes, I had to call the IRS myself to figure out that it was never even sent. NEVER COME HERE!!!!
