Beware! I purchased a lazy boy recliner for my mother a few weeks ago. She went to go pick it up from the warehouse and didn’t realize they had given her the wrong one. It was covered in plastic so couldn’t tell. It was not the one we originally purchased. This other one is of way cheaper quality. This one when you sit down you can feel the boards because the cushion is really thin and uncomfortable. The one I selected I paid $1289 for it and could really feel the thick cushion in the seat area and really comfortable. When I tried to explain to them. The manager at the store said due to Covid they don’t take returns. Very bad experience.

So here's the thing. We bought our living room & dining set here a few years ago. They've been good quality & we still love them. However, yesterday we went back to look for another item for our home. I realize salespeople work on a commission, but I for one prefer to look around & then seek out assistance if I find something I like, instead of being led around the store. So it felt like we were rushed through the store by the salesperson, showing us the few items they had in stock, none of which met our needs. After that, we didn't really want to stick around & look any more. If we'd been able to go in & browse around at our own pace, even if we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, we might have come across something else we wanted to purchase, perhaps a lamp, buffet or sideboard, decor, etc. Point being, you could have missed out on a potential sale. So maybe consider giving people time to look around first before approaching them, or invite them to browse first, & just let them know you're there when they need you.

OVERLY EXPENSIVE PLACE FOR HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FURNITURE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND STAFF PREFER TO BE ON THEIR PHONES THAN HELPING CUSTOMERS. DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO ROOMS TO GO / LACKS! Go with the good guys! AVOID THIS PLACE.

Zero customer service. I send payments, they never send a receipt that they received my payment, nor do they send a statement. If you want to know what your balance is, you have to call or go to the store. No customer service after the sale. Zero stars. Not sending statements or receipts is unacceptable. EVERY other business I do business with sends monthly statements.

Back in Mother's Day I purchased a Lift Chair for my handicap mom and two weeks ago it stop working on me. So I call LFD and they came and checked it out. I was told the remote control need to be replaced so they were going to order it. 2 weeks ago and nothing. I call early this morning and some lady told me that they were going to check with somebody and was going to return my call with an answer. 4pm came and no one called me back so, I call again I was transfer to 5 different extentions finally one of the person was the so call salesman who had sold me the item. And he ask me why did they transfer the phone to me I said if you don't know why should I know. To me I wouldn't recommend LFD TO NOONE

Excellent customer service I loved the way the sales lady Mayra helped us in our purchase I had an experience with an over charge in my purchase and she took the time to call me and explain that I was overcharged she was very honest because I just paid and had not noticed the overpayment. I would definitely visit LFD again. ?

Been buying furniture at LFD for several years, always from salesperson Suzie, excellent service. Well aware of her product and very helpful, patient and polite. Great customer service skills!! We will always shop for furniture at LFD and from Suzie.

My rating went from 2 stars to 5 within 24 hours! The owner read and replied to my review within hours. He looked into the situation as he said he would, called almost immediately, promised a refund of $541, and followed through before the day’s end. We are totally impressed with his willingness to do the right thing and honor the price marked on the piece. He was extremely kind and professional. We will DEFINITELY consider future purchases there. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to the matter. There are still honest business men in this world! Thanks again!
