I have been dealing with Ivan Gomez in the respiratory department for years and I am happy to say that Ivan has always been very attentive to my needs. As a retired individual I am disappointed at the new working generation having said that I am very happy to say that is not the case with Ivan. He brings back memories of employees from yesteryear with his dedication to his work. Thank you Lee's Pharmacy for having employees like Ivan taking care of the needs of the public such as my self.Alejandro Flores

Worst pharmacy ever. No continuity of care. Loses Rx after Rx transferred from other pharmacy. But that I could only give them a negative rating.

Great service, economical prices, friendly staff.The traditional diner which is open on the weekends is definitely a great option to switch up your breakfast dining options. The food is great!

We just love eating at Lee's Pharmacy soda fountain. We stop in for lunch every time we come to McAllen. It's like a visit to the past. Warm and friendly.

Customer service the worse! I went last night to pick up prescription for 2 of my kids. The guy at front desk saidthe department that takes care of my prescription only works from 9 to 5. Today I went during my lunch time and as soon as I walked in there was this old man yelling at me asking "can I help you?" like if I was going to steal something. He said that the lady that takes care of that department was out to lunch, I asked him if anybody else can help because I was in my lunch and was not able to come back. He said there was nobody who can help me except for that lady. I asked why they did not informed me of the exact hours, he said in a rude manner "well, I don't know who you talked to". They should have personnel available or at least inform the right schedule to customer

Wow what’s wrong with this pharmacy, worst service ever ! My son is super sick and it’s been almost 2 days and they cannot have ready my medicine, too disappointing of lees pharmacy ! This pharmacy is not the sameAnymore… I don’t know what they’re doing but preparing an amoxicillin medicine, probably just add water seems too hard ! You should be worry about our sick kids !

BAD SERVICE BAD SERVICE BAD SERVICE NOT ONLY IS THE WAIT LONG BUT ALSO LEAVE YOU ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 30 MINS WITH OUT PICKING UP THE PHONE TO AT LEAST LET YOU KNOW THEY R BUSY I CALLED AGAIN WHILE BEING ON THE PHONE N YET ONCE AGAIN THEY PUT U ON HOLD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME .. BEEN WAITING FOR MY DAUGHTERS MEDICINE SINCE TUESDAY ITS NOW FRIDAY AND STILL NOTHING SO MAD ???. DO BETTER!!!!!!

terrible customer service, do your self a favor and file your prescriptions with HEB or Walmart or any other pharmacy.they will feed you lies to return in an hour when there is no cars in line, and if you ask to get off they will tell you it still takes one hour. for something that is sitting on the shelf and has to be verified by a pharmacist takes 10 minutes or less. wish you could give 0 stars for this dump

Never have medicine ready.Been waiting for the medicine since a day before. Show up to the pharmacy next day at 9 and still say theyre backed up. Its 10.30, im still waiting. Place "closes" at 10.

I had a voucher for a replacement box for one of my medications, after dealing with Lifelines run around I decided to switch to Lees, Jaime was very nice and professional, took the time to hear me out and what I needed. About 30 min later Adam called said he’d be working on my voucher, he worked on it for about 2 hours, calling the manufacturer also communicating with me if something had came up. Adam got the voucher to go through and about 15 min later I got the text that my medication was ready. Adam, thank you so much for your time and for communicating with me, I’m sure it was a pain but I appreciate it very much. Jaime thank you for being so nice and hearing me out, it meant a lot to me. Give those guys a raise!!

Loved the whole experience. Food was very good and inexpensive. We both had the sausage and egg breakfast taco. We ate it so fast there was nothing to take a picture of. The salsa is in a bottle. You can ask for it. It has a mild flavor. The restaurant is in the back of the pharmacy. Limited seating with booths and counter service.

The pharmacy is great everyone is very welcome and helpful always clean. The dinner the food is awful. Order nachos and it was cut up burger no season and cheese. The prices are very cheap and they are very friendly just the food wasn't.

I was having a near death ear infection and needed antibiotics. I called to ask if it was ready and the lady was so rude and condencending. She Said mam there is over 200 people waiting for tamiflu right now just calm down. When she didn't even know what medicine I needed. She needs better customer service this was Oct. 3rd at 6pm.

DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. I called to insure my prescriptions were ready to be picked and was I told they were ready in two different occasions. When I got there I was told they were NOT ready! 2 TIMES……. Ridiculous!
