I'm not so happy with this place. They put a check in express for the patient's to check in, but most of the pt.are elderly pt's and they don't know how to use computer or iPad they're lost and anxious ? and the staff don't offer to help them ..they need to have somebody to help pt.

If i could give this place zero starts I would. I have a hip injury & 6 months pregnant. Staff was extremely rude, place was filthy, & I almost fell because of the lab workers inability to aid me during the process of opening doors. I gave my urine sample after waiting close to an hour & a half. Only to be told to wait another hour because I was 5 ml short. This place is horrible, & there was children screaming every time they went to the back, sounded like they were torturing them.. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Professionalism is nonexistent. Waited 15 at the front desk to even be acknowledged. You can hear them chatting about non work subjects. People getting called back that arrived after me.

I don't go to a LabCorp expecting customer service, but man is it bad if that's what you're expecting. The place is also ALWAYS packed which something I have never seen. LabCorp is normally an "in & out" experience. Lastly, it's a bit unorganized. They don't tell you that you need to check in before receiving ANY services. I tried to ask the rep if I needed to check in and was told "I'm not taking questions because you need to wait in line first". Only to wait in line 30 minutes just to be told that I needed to check in. I'm only in The Valley for a contract job and I must say that this is BY FAR the most poor experience I've ever had.

Outta all the places to go get results this place is only worthwhile if you got Maria taking your sample everyone else needs to get themselves in check because there's not necessarily a lack of respect but rather a lack of leadership and structure

I'm so disappointed in this Lab. They lost my son's medical results and not only that they do not take responsibility for their actions. They stated they had never seen him, when clearly I have prove of his appointment confirmation, even received a work excuse.

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff, unkept and filthy. Go else where. Go to Quest Diagnostics where they are friendly and their facility is actually clean.

The old lady here is so rude!! I didn’t know I had to check in through the IPAD because it says “express” so I thought it was a different type of check in. Won’t be coming back ever.
After seeing all these reviews, why is this old lady still working here? Everyone has complained about her.
Update: I cancelled my appt and went to quest diagnostics. It was a better experience there with clean facility and friendly.

There for a simple UA. Had to check in on an automated kiosk. This should be red flag one. No front desk help. Red flag 2. Slow, dirty, unkept and unprofessional. Red flag 3-6. This was a joke of a usual labcorp experience. Avoid if possible. I wish I had.

The most horrible customer service there can be . There is no point in appointments , I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and it took an hour to be called in . Very rude workers.
