Paid for delivery and installation of a fridge but refused to install claiming they were liable if anything happened to the fridge after they install it. Makes zero sense. According to Katy they don't do installs on refrigerators that are going to have custom panels. I wasn't asking them to install the panels I was asking to install the fridge. Needless to say, don't recommend.

After billing issues as well as rude verbal abuse from this companies staff we found another mover for $10,000 less for the same service who were polite, respectful, accommodating and available the next day. I wonder if the owner of this company knows how badly his staff is treating customers. We were so happy to find another mover who was respectful and courteous.

When they called, they said an estimated time of arrival and they were accurate. They installed the fridge with care and they took with them the disposable cardboards and plastic. Very courteous.

OMG these guys did GREAT!! It was a tight squeeze but they switched some things out and got it done!! So happy with Truck ID Gino and the two guys who did a great job today!! Ty!!!!!

Today, I had two gentlemen deliver an order from Home Depot. Jones (hard to read the writing) and Milo. They assembled everything, took the trash, and were very friendly. The gentlemen were professional and kind to set everything up. I couldn’t ask for anything more. For goodness sakes, he sat there and helped me explore every cycle for the new washing machine to see how it works. I have had some delivery drivers come and throw away all of the manuals and paperwork. I wouldn’t have a clue on how to start the machine. However, Jones and Milo were highly knowledgeable, kind, and able to answer any questions that I had. If I ever have transportation needs, then I’d definitely recommend Jones Moving! Thank you for everything!!! God Bless and Stay Safe!!!

We bought a new stove and the movers were very friendly. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation of the stove, they explained all the gadgets in the stove and the usage of the stove. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends..

Five star experience with Gino and Benny this morning installing a stacked washer dryer on the second floor and removing a faulty unit. They hustled and were polite and did a great job, even pulling it back out to double check the connection when I had a question. They called 30 minutes before installing and showed up right on time. They were careful not to hit woodwork and it was a really tight fit. I highly recommend Gino and Benny. Very impressive experience with them. Thank you!
