Yesterday I took my grandmother to look for a wig, because in case of cancer treatment her hair is losing, I think it would be a very difficult task since I have never bought one, and I also don't know where to buy it, I searched on Google and This place appeared, the girl who served us was very attentive and very kind to us, she told us to take our time until she helped my grandmother choose the one that suited her best since she had never worn a wig. I explain how to use it, how to style it and how to wait for it. At the time of paying she gave her a discount and I thank her very much because on the warm return trip my grandmother was very happy with the girl's treatment.Maybe she was just doing her job, but thanks to her it wasn't so difficult to give my grandmother a wig. Thank you very much ❤️

Buying hair supplies can be very expensive but it is a very affordable place to buy hair beauty supplies in this beauty supply store. The work area was very neat and the lady’s that work there were very nice and helpful. I 100% recommend anyone who wants to go here

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! Jen's Beauty Supply will not stand behind the products they sell even if they are defective. Went in to shop for a wig and not having owned or worn one before needed advice about care, maintenance what kind, style or other information I may need before purchasing and received no help or useful information. Customer service/staff is unfriendly and rude. Spent $70 and after putting the wig on twice I found a defect/ tear in it and all thy offered to do was give a discount for another. If they didn't back the first why would I spend more money on another that they won't stand behind.

I was very pleased with the customer service and wig I bought the other day. The sales associate was very kind and thoughtful. Hopefully they get the code soon to provide discounts off of wigs to people who are fighting cancer such as myself. Other than that, I will definitely return.
