After searching through many different jewelry stores we ended up at Jared’s. We had an amazing experience going to Jared’s. Mrs. Angie Garza was really supportive with the process. She truly cares about the customers and their experience. We came in looking for a ring at a specific price point and she went above and beyond by demonstrating several different options and addressing what to look for when looking at rings. We ended up purchasing an engagement and a wedding ring. During the process she maintained communication with us and provided a fast turn around when the rings were going to be ready. Upon receiving the rings I was amazed of how beautiful they came out. Thank you for the amazing experience!

ASK FOR ANGIE!!! She will do her absolute best to find exactly what you are looking for! She was incredibly helpful when purchasing my wedding ring set. She went above & beyond and sourced the perfect center diamond from another location and also helped us stay within our budget. We made sure to purchase my Fiancé's wedding band from Angie also, which was a custom order. She walked us through the entire process and made sure we were happy with the final product!! Amazing customer service and highly recommend Jared's!

Excellent experience buying both the engagement ring and the wedding band enhancer here at Jared. Staff was very patient with me. I came back 3 times, before making a decision on the band. They went the extra step to try and find my band of choice at an out of state store. Ring and band look amazing and we had a great experience overall.

Great staff and awesome service. Got my wife's new ring resized same day (in about 2 hours actually). Abraham was a great salesman, not pushy at all and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend McAllen Jared for your jewelry needs.

I came to the store for a routine inspection and as always, I received top notch customer service. Included with inspection was their courtesy cleaning and light polish to my jewelry. Jared's in McAllen is one of the best Jewelry stores I've been to in a long time. The staff there are awesome, they're nice and know how to take care of their customers. Especially Mary Trevino, she is amazing and great to talk to. Her agenda was not to sell the most expensive item or make a sale for that matter. There was no pressure into purchasing anything I was not comfortable with. Mary listened, understood and respected what I was looking for within my price range, which made it a great experience. She was able to work with me on finding the best deal possible. Appreciate her patience and guidance. Mary is one of the best. Going back to this Jared's thanks to her.

While in the store the individuals were very kind, I was transferred over from Gloria to Angie and in the process they did NOT offer me the best option for my money. They did not remedy situation or find a middle ground with me when I found they did not show me the money saving options. I could have saved about “$400 dollars” as per Angie and I could have kept my original ring. By my calculations it’s actually about $500 because the trade in voided the $100 for applying for their credit card. But hey, maybe that’s the Jared way to take as much money as you can from the customer. My recommendations if you do visit this store:1. DO NOT TRUST that they will show you all the ring options you have.2. DO NOT TRUST they will give you the best deal.2. DO NOT TRADE IN your ring as that cancels all discounts they have going on including the $100 for applying for their credit card. A trade in would only benefit you if they have no sales at the time.3. DO NOT allow the staff to transfer you from one staff member to another because they will use that as the EXCUSE for not knowing to show you the best possible deal.4. DO NOT fall for their technique to SWAY you purchase and not be able to return your ring. They will say along the lines of “we can have your ring resized and soldered and ready today”.

I had a overall good experience with Jared.I was very impressed by the quality of merchandise and customer service. It started out a little bumpy but after finding out my wants and needs the team came together and got me what I wanted. There is a sales lady there that I highly recommend,Evelyn Gonzales she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and help me with all my needs.Very happy with her care and concerns for me, The general manager Gloria is also such a caring person and catered to all my requests and needs. My husband purchased my engagement ring here 4 years ago and I never took the time to share how seamless our experience was. Gloria paid so much attention to our needs, wants and budget and managed to not only find the perfect engagement ring but also my husband's wedding band. Mary Carmen made us feel comfortable and helped us with every inquiry for a replacement diamond in my engagement ring. She answered questions that are most important when dealing in diamonds, with honesty and understanding. In fact, we looked at several other pieces of jewelry because of her professionalism. Go to Mary at Jared and you will leave feeling confident. The rest of the staff, as well, were polite and patient.
