I purchased a heart charm that was smooth and shiny. I paid to get my children names engraved. When i went to pick it up, charm had scratches as if it had been used or tossed around. Definitely not what I expected. Employee said she didn’t know what to say. I made no further questions/actions. Thanked the lady and left.

Rude staff. Asked about the line since there’s only one line for the entire store. Doesn't make sense to have one line for purchases, pickups and returns.

I went to the store on Saturday January 21 to pickup my order & the lady that helped me Alma was horrible!!! She has no customer service and extremely rude! I’m guessing she hates her job cause she treats customers bad. Alma needs to find a new job!! I will never go back to that store again!!
