Bought a Battery here last week and never used it, we were so busy we didn’t really had time to take it back and now that we do have time I just called and they said they won’t take it back, literally the battery is untouched, we usually don’t use these types of battery only lithium, now I’m stuck with this expensive battery that we won’t ever use, if I would have known that they had that 1 day return policy I would have never bought from this company ever!

The only bad apple at this location is the manager. Other associates I interacted with seemed to be way more professional than their "leader". I would recommend for his supervisor to retrain him on customer service and hold him accountable for his behaviors. I took my battery for exchange since it was under warranty and was told to leave the battery for charging. I picked it up and was told it was fine. It was OK for about a month and again I had problems with it. I took it back and they charged it for about 3 days and finally accepted that the battery was bad. Even after that the manager would only pro rate the battery when it should have been replaced since it was under warranty. I being in retail management for over 40 years know that what the store manager decides is not necessarily the last word as a manager is only that and not the owner. I called customer service and they took care of me in a way that I should have been taken care of at the store level. Now why did I have to go thru all of that only because the manager isn't capable of taking care of the customer? And I have read some of the other reviews and they too have criticism directed at the manager and I can see why. To the customer representative that took care of me thank you very much!!!!

Battery died 2 days before warranty ran out. Its memorial day weekend and the rio grande valley [mission] location is closed until Tuesday.The manager is egotistical and this will be my last purchase from interstate. Since not all are US made, they are no longer a superior product.
