The staff at the bank were very attentive and tried very hard to remedy my situation but the problem lies elsewhere. Despite this being the 3rd attempt, I cannot get an answer as to why payments (mortgage, malpractice ins., etc.) are being reversed after 10 days.

The tellers are so rude especially in the mornings they don’t even bother to say good morning. They make you wait extended amount of time while they chit chat with each other, then they get bothered when you ask if your transaction is done. They have no professionalism.
