Terrible operation of the ATM... to begin with and finish it never works completely. It's no use being there.
Besides, they go to the bank several times and it is closed before closing time and it is not a non-working day and they only serve by car and it takes a thousand hours to make a deposit.
I am extremely fed up with this bank and its terrible service

12/01/23 Friday at 8:20am tried to withdraw from atm but got declined but i realized i had card locked unlocked it tried it again a couple of min later arme said same thing so i drove uff un til i checked my banco acct withdrawn pending so knowing i got no money and having the 2 receipt that 0 was given i went to drive thru motor bank due to bank still closed not only they took a while to answer but speaker i couldn't hear him i explained what happen after him whispering i told him i can't hear u he did something and was able to hear better he said he couldn't do anything or provide me the money i had to wait 24 hours i was aggravated and said how was that my fault atm wasn't fuctioning correctly and he said it's not our ATM!?!?! i did tell him it says ibc so how is that not the banks and he responded it's not my back!! i left upset but this bank has nothing but ratchet employees

I don’t know if the workers there don’t like their job? But all you get is sarcastic tones and ill professionals. Plus they mentioned they haven’t changed out their signs since before Covid. We went through whole Covid and they still can’t update their information that’s out there for the public. Very irresponsible and horribly managed. I went there once and I’m thankful I’m not a customer. They can keep their sarcasm and toxic attitude and treat someone else like that, I wasn’t going to stick around for that.

I am Venezuelan, an engineer, I work and live in Mexico. I went to open an account at IBC Bank and the lady told me: Sorry, we don't open accounts for Venezuelans... our international clients are Mexicans or Canadians.

horrible customer service, i had a question and the lady that was supposed to help me just hung up on me!! very rude and unprofessional employees, i cannot believe i bank with these people. Definitely switching banks... would give 0 stars if i could.
