VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR 20 MINUTES, DELILAH COMES TO HELP ME BUT NOT EVEN A HELLO OR APOLOGIZED FOR WAITING. AS IF I BOTHERED HER FOR ASKING HER FOR A NEW IBC DEBIT CARD FOR HAVING A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION ON MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I ALSO ASKED A QUESTION REGARDING THAT, AND SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Absolutely unprofessional!Tellers talking about people and calling them names! Saying people come in mad referring to customers as dogs! Like WOW! I will NEVER come to this bank again!

Closed my account without notice. Bank has the worse customer service. I banked for over 20 years and not once could I get a loan approval even though I maintained a good balance. Do not trust them at all, find a better bank that you can trust and work with cause IBC will not.

Worst customer service of all IBC banks. I don't blame the tellers, I blame the manager for not staffing correctly. I let the first two poor performances past cuz something's life goes bad but after multiple disappointments, I have to leave this.

horrible customer service, i had a question and the lady that was supposed to help me just hung up on me!! very rude and unprofessional employees, i cannot believe i bank with these people. Definitely switching banks... would give 0 stars if i could.

This IBC Branch has no customer service at all. My wife and I have waited 20 minutes at times inside with no acknowledgement. Plus, the Drive Thru takes too long to get serviced. In Person Service should be faster nowadays because now there's Online Banking/Weekend Banking not to mention all their Branches. This Branch really drops the ball. We just use it when we have to. We're real close to taking our Banking elsewhere.

This bank has the worst customer service the branch manager avoids talking when your identity has been stolen and they love to hang up on you worst bank I wouldn’t recommend Inc for anyone

Won't help me out inside without a mask, so I go thru drive thru and wouldn't help me out because they wanted me to go inside. There's no mandate for masks, I'll be taking my banking needs to another company after this.

Awful customer service. One of the bankers was available but when she saw me signing in. She called a customer (I believe it was a friend of hers)who was walking out the door and had them sit at her desk. I walked out after waiting for so long
