They have an elevator but it’s covered by boxes and moms can’t go to the second floor to look at kids clothing. Poor customer service. A employee told me really rude “you can’t take all of that upstairs.” My child ? Two other moms were also seen in the same situation and had to leave. Sadly to see there are no accommodations at the store for us!

Very bad store and management in McAllen Tx . The clothing that I purchased got stained when removing the sensors. I didn’t see it until I got home I went back to return it the manager said that i could not be exchanged because it was stained. I told them that’s why I was exchanging it. She said no. So I am never going to that store particularly in McAllen. Tx
