I pick up a load from this cold storage I waited 8 hours for strawberries. Load was going to walmart Auburn Indiana. Walmart rejected load due to bruising and decay I had to re deliver the load to Kansas city they also rejected it my point is please think twice before picking up a strawberries load from these guys I have been on the same load for a week.

Terrible service, on more than one occasion we have received discrimination for being a Mexican company, they tell us there is no door when there are no trucks, more than 2 hours to receive a few pallets...!! Mr. Calvo is rude and arrogant, I hope they change his area...!!

We arrived around 4pm for a load SCHEDULED for pickup same day. Product wasn't even in the country yet. Was told we'd be loaded by 9pm, then 12am, at around 2am found out product would not be here until "the morning". At 9am was told would be loaded and out of here by 12pm, and sure enough we are still here at 1:35pm almost 24 hours after arrival. While others have reported quick loads, perhaps those were deliveries because this pickup has been a nightmare and it sounds like NO DETENTION will be paid for this, but they're doing us "a favor" by getting the delivery date and time changed. GTFOH! Hopefully will NEVER be sent here again.
