“Placed an order on line for curbside pickup. Then found another item that fit my needs better - so I attempted to cancel the first order on line. I had a very nice chat with a Northern Tool Rep on line, but we decided it would be best for me to cancel the original order when I arrived at the McAllen location to pick up my second order. When I arrived at curbside, I called and Isaac answered to assist me. We discussed the need to cancel my first order and he was able to help me load up my purchase....and cancelled my order - while letting me know that my credit card was never charged...with Northern they charge your card when you pick up the item(s), not until. Isaac was pleasant, helpful, courteous - and I am looking forward to shopping that store full of great items!”
