I would like to share a bad experience that I had in the pharmacy of this HEB, I went for a medication for my son who had COVID on June 29, it was extremely expensive (we are talking about $1600.00) and a pharmacy worker told me that there was a coupon that helped me cover it, I never knew how to look for it and the pharmacist told me that she couldn't help me, that this was my problem, when 6.00pm came around she asked me if I had been able to, I almost had tears in my eyes. I told her that I didn't know and she told me to come back the next day and without any remorse she closed the pharmacy. I don't know how there can be human beings of that quality working with something as delicate as health. God willing, I will never go to that pharmacy, because I would never trust this type of people, thank God someone else helped me and the next day I bought the medicine, but I only had an unpleasant memory of that pharmacy, I hope no one else goes through that moment.

Excellent, we went to look for basic necessities and we left with them and much more… as always when we go to HEB.

I love HEB I FIND EVERYTHING I need and I love their curbside system I order everything in the app and make an appointment
To pick it up and it's great, I don't even have to get out of my truck, they bring it and upload everything if there is something that they didn't find.

Always excellent attention in this place and very good service. Just one recommendation: put someone near the grapes to ensure that uneducated customers are handling and consuming these fruits.

I have bought several expired items at this store without realizing it. I bought sugar cookie mix and noticed an expired date, so I took it and turned it in to an employee and let them know. A couple of days later I went to buy more and the same box I turned in to an employee was back on the shelf. This time I requested a manager and explained what happened. He said okay and took the box. Since then I have gone back and bought other items only to realize they were expired. Check dates when shopping this location.

Most everything I am looking for is at my H.E.B.! I even do my steps in there while I shop. Plus, the McAllen Metro has a stop right in front. Can't get any more convenient than that.?
