I tried to buy a money order and my license was broken. Complete and with visible information, however they did not accept it. The service girl was rude and rude. Too bad for H‑E‑B for having people like this giving bad customer service. They leave me no choice but to go to Walmart.

I love H-E-B and today was a great reason why! My husband and I where trying to figure out how to pick out a sweet pineapple to eat right now and a produce employees (Juan) asked us what did we needed help with and he then explained to use on how to pick the best pineapple!
Cut it up and it was the perfect sweetness ???

Went there for lunch and the Chinese and it was horrible I got sick. I went to the bathroom and the guy cleaning the bathrooms went in and I said someone was in there . He waited and when I came out he was outside the bathroom waiting and I was there with my kids when another person went in and he started chatting with another female worker behind me, both being rude saying how he was afraid to go in there so on and so forth. The restroom in this Pecan looks cation 1st off is wrecked and your younger workers are disrespectful!

Check out lady at Chinese Food was rude demeaning with customers. Fountain drink macchien was out of order. Self check out lane had a long line. Register for self check out is not intuitive and doesn’t give clear instructions.

Stopped on the way home for some fruit and vegetables. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Easily able get in and out. The cashier was very friendly and efficient.
