They cancelled a prescription I needed "because we are so close to the border" without giving me a heads up, on a Sunday afternoon, and having filled out a prescription a couple of weeks ago. They tried to blame it on company policy when the policy states it's at discretion of the pharmacist. So the pharmacist took a racist stance to cancel my prescription "because we are so close to the border"

Mr. Hector Solis , I would like to express my sincere thanks to the HEB Pharmacy Department located on 2nd & expressway 83 in McAllen Texas. . For their outstanding service. Mrs. Judy and her Pharmacy staff are always so courteous and so professional. I can truly say that this Department staff take there job serious .They take there time to properly fill the prescriptions correctly, so no error arise that will hurt or endanger their pharmacy customers.From my years of shopping at this Pharmacy for my medication as well as my family . I can truly say that this Pharmacy has an exceptional team of employees. Great job guys and keep it up .Truly a very Satisfied Customer.M. T Presas

Great customer service. Asked for disposable plates and silverware and the employee walked me to the other side of the massive store to show me. I am a fan and will be back!

Extremely slow service. Stated it would take an hour ended up taking 2 and 1/2.. first and last time using HEB Pharmacy.

Place is pretty awesome. I've noticed store is usually clean, presentable, most associates are friendly n helpful. One small concern is items stocked, like meats. On 3 different occasions there were certain meats not put out and when I inquired I was told the truck didn't bring any or it hasn't been unloaded. Not sure if this is due to the whole shortage on the growing list of "shortages" in one of the "wealthiest" nations on earth. Keep up the splendid work H‑E‑B!! U guys ROCK!!!

Don't have an emergency and expect anyone to answer the phone at HEB pharmacy, the computer voice says your call is very important. No one will answer to help you. Maybe this isn't the pharmacy you should use. If they don't care they don't answer. NRJ.

It was horrible. I let my prescription and was hold to cone back in 2 hours. I returned 2 and a half hours and they said its ready but its needs to be checked. Waiting 20 more minutes I still couldn't get my prescription or a time when it would be ready. They said wait. I really need my meds and only after asking for them manager in charge of the pharmacy in finally got my prescription.
