This HEB Pharmacy has no respect for its customers especially the Pharmacy manager she insists manufacturers coupons are to blame for pricing and will not look into the coupons used previously.Says will not work with you. At the end she apologies whither not a good turn out. The lady at the window says you go look for your coupon after waiting in line for 30 minutes. This Pharmacy is very unprofessional.

Excellent service,they went above and beyond of what they need to do, had issues with one of the medicine not been covered my son's insurance, they try to get another approved by the doctor. Dr.s office was not responding and at the end Drs office just told me the medicine they had switched that the insurance didn't want to cover to just get taylenol well .... When trying to figuere out what to get I went to ask in the Pharmacy dep they checked and informed me that the alternative medication was cover my son's insurance that Dr office had not send the correct medication. Celena R. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the medicine my son needed for the medicine and got the pharmacist to explain to me how to give it to my son and the side effects they he might had( I didn't got the chance to see his name,I saw him in the immunization room earlier) But I wanted to really thank you for the great service provided today specialty since we're talking about my son's health, this mom truly appreciate your service keep up the great work.

Worst pharmacy service provided by a Pharmacy tech by the name of “Manny” and the Pharmacist who in the process of trying to clear my medication , violated all my privacy rights on sharing my diagnoses and personal information. Had to get the store director Mr Albert involved the clear the mess they created for not following simple instructions given by my physician . After all the privacy laws where broken Mr Albert was able to clear the situation. I will give a 4 star for the general store for handling the problem and 1 star to the pharmacy department for exposing medical condition to personnel not certified to handle patient confidentiality .
