Pharmacist Rosie Riojas treated me horribly here. Has no compassion for her patients and this will be my last visit here. I have never had an issue with any other HEB pharmacy except this one. As a matter of fact all the other pharmacist on staff have been wonderful. Good help you if you get this woman but I will never be back here again just bc how horribly she treated me and how disrespectful she was to me. I really hope I can have a manager reach out to me.

Standing in line AGAIN with not a single pharmacy tech waiting on people in line is getting very frustrating. This HEB Pharmacy is constantly understaffed and the few people who do work here have little sense of urgency when the pickup line is almost 10 people deep! They may have the best intentions, but this understaffing is a ridiculous problem. I'm definitely switching pharmacies.

First time trying this Location since I live closer to south McAllen, but 5 star fully derserved for having My anxiety medication that’s out of stock everywhere in the rio grande valley. Maybe the FDA should learn a thing or two about the importance of ordering your allowed quota of medications, if HEB can make sure to order enough, you’d think surely the FDA would, how many people will sadly and no fault of there own start withdrawing from some of these medications, you didn’t even notify our doctor or ourselves which at least would’ve let the public have time to choose a safe way of tapering off. So again thank you to HEB pharmacy off 10th/Fern for saving me from another FDA’s negligence, no compassion for the public ,young and old who are as suffering as we speak.

Yes! I was at the grocery store today and the clerk handing out turkey sandwich samples was so into it. She was singing and making the customers around her smile. I wish I had her name. Hopefully #HEB will find this message and know exactly who I am talking about because by golly those people are rare. Thank you lovely, singing, deli lady! You made my day!! ?

So I subscribed to get my Covid booster shot because of my immune deficiency I showed up to H-E-B on N. 10th St. and because it’s a booster shot they won’t give it to me even though I know lots of Mexican citizens are coming over from Reynosa and not being forthright and getting their booster shot here pretending as if it was their first shot. It’s incredible for a week now the governments been stating that boosters are available but yet Walgreens HEB and most major pharmaceuticals have not been given permission to issue the dose. I am truly disappointed the news is crying about people who won’t get the shot and those of us who want it and want to stay on top of it can’t get it.
