I’m usually satisfied with their service, specially when picking up prescriptions, the staff is polite and helpful. The vaccine service is very inefficient, we made an appointment online, they still had us wait for over an hour and had nobody in front of us. Long times waiting to speak with staff over the phone. They tell you to pick up your prescription at a certain time but it’s not ready. They seem nice but understaffed
