Terrible customer service experience. Went to this business for a glass tabletop for my mother. Spoke with Mr Gomez who talked so much about how knowledgeable they are and how the competition in the valley was subpar and didn’t know what they were doing. I paid the deposit and walked out of the business feeling confident that it would get done correctly and in a timely manner. 3 weeks later and my mother finally got the glass installed. It had to be modified because (per Mr Gomez) they didn’t have the capability of cutting out the curves without breaking the glass. He claims they broke 3 glasses in trying to make it. They ended up rounding off corners since my mom was ok with it. The final piece turned out to be short an 1” on each end. My mother being a humble older lady decided she just wanted her table protected and said she was ok with it. He discounted taxes. I called him to ask what was going on. Waited 3 weeks and it still wasn’t done right. His response “Well. I already lost money on this deal bcuz I broke 3 pieces trying to cut it out so it is what it is. We aren’t doing it again. I discounted the taxes, this is a business”. If it were my table I would have returned the glass and gotten my money back but I couldn’t convince my mother as she was tired of waiting and just wanted to be done with this ordeal and decided to keep it. Mr Gomez. Don’t let ur mouth sign checks ur capabilities can’t cash. U talked bad about the competition y nomas vino a dar las nalgas.

Completely dissatisfied with this company. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks for them to receive my glass. It's taken from September 28th and today is December 6th. So it has been over 60 days and my window is still not installed. They just showed up to install, will update once completed.So window is installed now, not sure if it is over the top service, the guys that showed up to my house seemed very competent though and even cleaned the area to help me out a little when they were done. I am sure that the owner finally spoke to me though after the original review to explain to me that my additional delay was not their fault and that the quote I'd received wasn't correct so he isn't making any profit on this window. So take that information for what it's worth. Calling the business doesn't actually do anything for you, they are clueless in the front. Every time I called I had to give my name, address, and phone number. Like I would think once I've given money that I'd be in a system or something but they had no information on me at all. Each time they sounded confused.

I had my front windshield replaced at Glass ETC. The personal they were very polite and very helpful. The manager wanted the best for my car. The only thing that can improve a little is the waiting room other than that very thing was great ?.Service: Auto windshield repair

This place has got to be the worst place to get your glass from. The owner belittle his coworkers in front of the customers and even do bets to see how long they will last. Very outdated and probably shouldn't even be allowed to do glass work. Talking to some of the employees there, it's a clown show in that office. Some days he will pay them 15 bucks an hour and the next day he will move it down below minimum wage because they are from across the border.

Took my car to get my window replaced and it was fixed but I went by when they closed and saw my car behind their gate with the other windows open. I was upset they just left it like that over night.
