They came out because I just couldn't get my wireless router to work. Don't have any kids to fall back on. Yes it was a few bucks, but done in minutes. Great job. Took care of a couple of other things while there.

Don't bring your electronics here! These guys wiped my hard drive with years of photos, videos and documents without giving me any notice! Ohh, and charged me over $130.00 for doing the worst thing possible! I'd give them ZERO Stars if I could!

Horrible experience. They kept asking for more and more money originally starting from $200 all the way to $700 to fix a laptop that retailed $500 just 3 years ago. Warrior repair is a much more reliable place located in Mcallen.

Wish I could give zero stars. Just go somewhere else. I brought a CF-54 toughbook in for a repair to the touchscreen. When I picked it up, they had taken the liberty to install unwanted software (took out my antivirus and put theirs in), removed Firefox as my browser, de-activated all browser attachments (ie) Malware bytes, Privacy Badger, and more) and removed the startup items they thought ere "unnecessary". I have spent an hour fixing all the garbage they intalled, removed, or changed. Added bonus? They lied about the work they did on the invoice. Not that it matters because it is a flat 199.99 for any and all repairs. You can only go here if you sign up for an auto-renewing yearly package that includes all but parts.

Best Buy is a really big company so there is always a procedure to follow but they have always given me good service. It's well worth the annual fee to have the Geek Squad on call.

On time on Appointment's. Very Friendly. Help with getting my computer and printer going. Wasn't getting no internet. Introduce me to my own rouder . Safed money on my bill by $40.00 dollars.Geek Squad Rock's. Came twice in one week. Installed Speaker round system for hubby.
