We love Frost and have banked with them years now! This particular branch isn't the best with customer service skills. I walked in today and there is no one that greets you. You take a seat and the tellers are working very hard and so is usually 1 personal banker although multiple times I have now walked in and see about 2-3 other people at desks that don't acknowledge anyone and are never with customers (maybe investment people or managers). Anyway Lizeth is someone that has helped us in the past and she is always amazing at this branch! She wasn't there today and another young lady was working with taking customers. I ended up going to the other branch on Nolana and Bicentennial, and that branch is amazingly great with customer service! They greeted me as soon as I walked in, and took care of my issue within 5-7 min. We love Frost but coming from a background of excellent customer service, this branch definitely needs to step it up. Maybe managers can at the least acknowledge people in the lobby.

Worst bank ever. Their "customer service" team has no clue what they're doing and no active listening skills. They pass the ball around and don't get you answers. I had a deposit iao almost $1800.00 and they refused to credit to the account. They state I had to wait until after tonight for it to post to the account but do not have a reason as to why it is not showing up anymore (it disappeared/fell off the acct). I spoke to 5 ppl including one in person when I finally went in to branch. The supervisor I spoke to over the phone by the name of Leslie had a horrid attitude and chose not to comprehend the reason for my call. I stated to her I had yet to be given an explanation as to why the deposit is not there (when it had been before) and instead changed the subject. It's evidently clear she has no listening skills. Then the employee who stated she's worked there nine years,(Valerie Fox) was just as bad as the customer service reps they have answering their phones. You're better off banking elsewhere. I will be contacting FDIC next.

I use the Frost bank on Ridge Road, located one block west of McColl Road in McAllen. I always use the drive thru banking but this day I had to go inside. I went in because the day before I was shorted two rolls of dimes that I needed (don't ask). Anyway, I had called them the day before when I noticed the shortage.I was told to come by the next day, I did and they gladly reimbursed me. I really like Frost bank, the tellers are always courteous, with a pleasant hello and good bye while smiling. Idid find my license missing in my envelope one time after cashing a check, and I had to return to retrieve it. However, I blame myself for not checking before driving off. I recommend this Bank if you are in need of one.

They just can’t get their math and job right. It’s been twice already that I’ve had to go back to the bank because they either forgot to include one of my deposits, or they gave me the wrong amount of cash. I didn’t think I would have to double check their work. Not one apology.

Best bank ever! The customer service here is amazing, the tellers and bankers truly care for your necessities and financial needs. I used to bank with IBC and ever since I got an account here I closed my other one and never went back. Highly recommend!
