Mr. Martinez is amazing with QuickBooks! We have a small organization that has not had an experienced bookkeeper for a little over two years. He was able to sort through some bookkeeping snafus, correct the entries, and get us back on track. He is patient and knows exactly what to do without wasting precious time. We trust him completely and have asked him to train our bookkeeper. He will be checking in with us on a regular basis. I have called several times and unfortunately they haven't called me back. I called 2 days ago asking them to call me, but they didn't. A simple call or message letting me know of the situation would have helped. When I called today, they said they would get back to me but they still haven't. I was looking to get some consultation on our bookkeeping but unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere and would recommend you do the same.

The ratings are mixed here since they have proven and are very capable people BUT do take too long to respond even though they tell you they will by “end of day tomorrow “ they don’t keep their word. I have left messages and have gone by personally and left messages but they breadcrumb and keep you hanging. IRS Deadlines have gone by and it seems like they are not fazed by them. I called 5 QuickBooks Pro Advisors and out of the 5 only Mr. Martinez contact me back same day within a couple of hours. One other Pro Advisor contact me back 2 days later but did not sound to eager to earn my business. Mr. Martinez was able to fit me into his schedule for a meeting within 2 business days. After meeting with Mr. Martinez you can tell he really has a passion for what he does and that is rare these days. Mr. Martinez seemed very knowledgeable in every aspect of QuickBooks and was able to answer all my questions. Having someone like Mr. Martinez with the knowledge, experience and passion on your team is no brainer. I hope to build a strong business relationship with Mr. Martinez and his team. I would highly recommend Mr. Martinez and his team for any other your accounting needs.

I don’t recommend this place. I had the worse experience. Among many other mistakes, he forgot to submit my paperwork and never told me until I received a letter from the IRS. He took months to start working on my paperwork, and even more months to complete it. I had to retrieve my paperwork and asked him for a refund, which he had to do, since he accepted that he messed up badly.

Fred Martinez is highly knowledgeable in Quickbooks Desktop Pro. He helped me immensely in understanding this program. I use Quickbooks Pro with Intuits Quickbooks Point of Sale system, so guidance is needed to understand how these work together.I would definitely recommend Fred if you need help with your accounting concerns when using one or both of these programs
