I got my nails done yesterday showed the design. Lady started up on my nails everything was going fine until I pointed out an area that she had messed up on the more she tried to fix it the worse it got. Mess ups happened in a few spots. When it came to the design all I wanted was 2 hearts and dots. Nothing major. The lady couldn’t draw a heart so she placed stickers on my nails. At that point fine whatever. I asked her are you going to fix my nails all she did was add more nail polish which got on my finger tips. I asked her to remove the nail polish and she grabbed the NAIL CLIPPERS.. Yes, NAIL CLIPPERS I didn’t know if she saw something I didn’t and that’s why she grabbed the clippers but nope she actually clipped the tip of my finger trying to remove the nail polish!! I pulled my hand back and while trying to hold back my anger asked if she had nail polish remover. Nope of course they didn’t so she instead grabbed the nail filer and tried to file off the polish from my finger tips and bottom of my finger nails. I left came back and asked for a refund because my nails looked ridiculous my husband spoke to the manager Lucy so I had asked for her when I went back in. The lady that did my nails confronted me saying oh because I hurt you now you want a refund. I said yes and because the nails aren’t done properly. She wouldn’t tell me who Lucy was and proceeded to yell at me in front of the whole salon. I stood my ground and continued to ask for Lucy and my for my refund. Finally I got my refund never found out who Lucy was and left as she was still yelling. Worst customer service ever!! Don’t waste your time or your money!! Find another nail salon.
Requested style: Only two nails had hearts and dots the other three where a solid color.

Worst place ever, non professional , sent my wife to get her nails done like I do every week , and she came out like if a monkey did her nail, don't ever waste your money at this place, worst customer service ever hopefully this business closes down, Bunch of clowns , if they don't know how to do nail then pick a different job, look at the pictures for reference, even as a male I know that was a horrible job done if I could give 0 stars I would they don't deserve to be in bussiness
Requested style: Horrible job, my 9 yr old could have done a better job

The picture speaks for itself. Went in for birthday nails and left with this. I even asked the guy to fix them so they were much worse. Never in my 20 years of getting my nails done had i had this experience.

I went to get acrylics about 2 weeks ago. The nail tech was so rough that she made my fingers around my nails bleed from how rough she was using the file and sticking her nails into my skin. I got a blister on the edge of one of my nails and I still have it now because it hasn’t fully healed. She seemed like she wanted to get done as fast as possible. I will NOT be going back there again. Horrible service!

Gave them a shot but it was overpriced for the work they did. When I told her she missed a spot and made the nails lopsided she said no I know what I'm doing and kept insisting the work was great. I explained what she did is not how I like my nails like that but she didn't care and took a call. Also I think it was really weird that she kept talking about death and almost demanded a 10 dollar tip, weird.Service: Acrylic nails

I am diabetic since 2016 and I am always soooooo scared to get any pedicure done anywhere. Today I had an excellent pedicure done by one of the gentlemen that is a nail tech at Foxy Nails and I am so glad that I faced my fears and went inside to get my feet done there. This is going to be my go to place every month. Honestly, it had been such a long time since I had one done that I felt shy but the gentleman was just professional and so kind. I HIGHLY recommend Foxy Nails to all Diabetics out there especially those that are scared to get pedicures done for any reason whatsoever.Service: Pedicure

I gave this place another try after 2 years. It's horrible... employees are rude when I kept telling them my nails were not done right they didn't care she said I had to pay. And they didn't fix it

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! There was still a bunch of cuticle and the nail polish application was just horrendous! I had to tell the lady to clean up the nails and still was super messy! Avoid here!

Lucy, her husband & all the employees are great. I love having my pedi & nails done here. I normally go in as a walk-in & don’t have any problems getting helped right away.

this place was so unsanitary. the owners daughter was literally taking a phatt p*** in the back. i would give you a zero but i cant. i wish i could say that the daughter was nice but she actually called me a poor homeless women just bc i asked her to pull her pants up
