Poor customer service, Ruben (salesperson) did not seem like he wanted to help out. Asked me to bring the watches to him instead of him walking over to where I was! I asked several questions and he ignored me completely. Didn’t even say thank you after I made my purchase.

I came in to this store, looking for a gift and I soon as I walked in Natalie was very helpful and pleasant. She help me looked for the gift that I was looking for with such a great attitude!

Took my MK watch to have battery replaced and the employees couldn’t put the backing back on. Now I have a useless watch. Then I have a fossil watch that stopped working. I took it to replace the battery and it didn’t work. I have another fossil watch that I can’t use.
