Very bad service, and the very rude and poorly educated cashier has a owner complex ? when is the employee in this store so bad if they can buy the dresses somewhere better. Flans doesn't need to sell dresses and the employees all have a millionaire complex, please work in downtown McAllen ? get over it

Got treated like Selena in this place. The older lady that helps has a bad attitude everytime we asked about a dress she would say oh that's a designer dress as if we couldn't afford it taking business somewhere else. Then told us we couldn't try on anything that was on a mannequin, but let another customer try one on while we were there ?

The ladies were super rude and not helpful at all. Seems like everything bothered them and they didn't want to sell. Total waste of time.

Staff seemed as if they didn’t want to sell any dresses. I Wanted to get my daughters dress ordered this month. Made two appointments. The first one the ladies were nice, they only let my daughter try on 2 dresses because we had gotten to the store later than our appointment time. They gave us a second appointment and told us that my daughter could try on 5 dresses. When we got to our second appointment, there was a different staff member. She told us she could only try on Two dresses. I told the lady that they had told us that in this appointment my daughter could try 5 dresses. That I wanted to have the dress chosen by this month. and she said that she could only try two dresses on. That it was a store rule. They did not have costumers at that time so they were not busy. I don’t know if the cashier was the owner, but her attitude was ruede.

They treated us horrible, lady was not helpful and would let my niece try a dress without an appointment which my sister did thru Facebook. My sister told her that she did and the lady said that they don't reply to any Facebook messages.
