I walked in and immediately, asked in a rude manner what I wanted. I quickly said a disposable penlight and shears for my EMT class. I was so excited about class, that I wanted to chit chat, but they looked real bothered. They didn't even show me the items and rang me up and gave it to me in a bag. I then walked out, and opened the bag and notice the penlight was dusty from being in display a long time and it didn't even work. Then I looked at the receipt, it was more than $25 bucks. WOW, for a disposable penlight worth, tops 3 dollars and shears worth $5 dollars. I walked backed in and as for an exchange or refund. The owner quickly appeared and showed me a sign, in Spanish that said no refunds. I said "I just bought it like a second ago" and thats when he got furiously angry and told me to run home and cry to my mama. I was so shocked!!! I've have never, have been treated so rude....
