Great experience here at Kinkos.. I was in desperate need to print up some shipping lables for an important package , Tito and his staff were extremely helpful in completing the project of not only printing lables,but securely boxing the items. Great job guys..!!

Came to print 4 pages from my email to the printer. Printer not compatible to a PDF sent. Used fedex computer and it didn't give chance to add more credit, had to log in one more time. The representative person gave me wrong cost of fax and usage of computer. Toooooo long to give me the fax confirmation......30 minutes....for 4 pages to be sent...almost 30 dollars...and one hour at the place.. horrible....plus representative stayed most of the time talking to his partner...like that I was not there ....

Agree with the other reviews - the employees act like you're bothering them when you come in for service. I stopped to mail some paperwork and the employee hardly spoke to me and when she did she was not specific about what information she was asking for and then acted like I was dumb for not understanding her. Not a very customer friendly environment.
Also, this is not that important, but it was FREEZING inside. It's been like that each time I visited and it's so cold it's uncomfortable to be inside. Maybe they want you in and out?

Employees there act as if you’re bothering them. There were only 2 people working, the gentleman that assisted me was Rick. I purchased a box and packing for added protection to ship a box that was already labeled. It was a company laptop so I was taking precaution. I paid and then Rick handed me both receipts and tried to send me on my way before he boxed and packed with what I just purchased. I just wanted to verify that everything was complete before I left, he said it was going to take a few minutes. So I waited aside for 15 minutes while he took customers that walked in before he started. He never acknowledged me again after I said I’d wait. I ended up asking if we’re all good when he said “yeah” and turned around. I don’t typically leave reviews but I’m finally getting tired of bad service and I hope a manager sees this and gets this guy the basic customer service training he needs.

Seemed organized and friendly at first. First time there picking up online order. Older man working there needs better customer service. Seemed like he was doing me a favor instead of providing actual customer service. Speaking fast and to other employees while helping me. I didn't know who he was speaking to or understand his instructions. Started explaining to me the different lines in there. I'm sure my face showed my confusion. So he proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like the layout I could take it up with management. I literally had not Said a word about anything! Manager was no better. A very " if you don't like then leave" kinda attitude in that place.

Workers think there high royalty or something. Staff needs to be retrained on core values of customer service. Felt like I was an inconvenience going in to the place.
