Horrible. Authorized FedEx ship centers can't do anything for shipment besides take a package all ready to mail. No printing, no scanning. A mailbox store

There's just an old man that works there and does nothing really if he has to lift an extra finger to attend your needs he'll just send you on your way. Can yall please replace this guy

I walked in and there’s this old man that is working in there. When I asked for his help to give me a tape so that I can secure my package he gave me a very small piece that won’t even secure my box. And the belt that I’m gonna return cost me a $1,000 so i needed to be sure that it is really sealed. So when I asked for more He answered me in a really hostile manner that he can not give me more instead he will sell me a tape because the tape cost him and I answered him that how does it cost him if he’s rendering a service. He just said that it cost him.I don’t understand how can this kind of employee is working there. He is not of help at all. Disrespectful and Hostile. I hope that this will call the attention of the owners of that place.

Horrible customer service. I walk in and there is only 1 employee visible which was an older man (65+) and was NOT willing to assist AT ALL. eventhough I had a pre paid label and box from SquareTrade for a phone being sent back to them. He said "all that needs to be done by the customer. I walked out and came across town 5 miles to a FedEx on Jackson & Hackberry to get some assistance. If I were FedEx I would move from that location as it MUST be hurting business OR get those employees some training on Customer Service and willingness to assist.
