Horrible receptionist. First told me they wouldn't fill out my return to work documents and then tried to charge me $150 deductible for covid test plus copayment $25 and didn't even take the time to check if my insurance would cover my covid test. Great job clinic, keep up the good work.

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Firstly, the convenience of the walk-in service is a major plus. I was able to see a physician without the hassle of scheduling an appointment, which is incredibly beneficial for those of us with busy schedules or sudden health concerns. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional.
One of the standout features of this clinic is the on-site lab services. Having the ability to get lab tests done during the same visit is a huge time-saver. The lab technicians were skilled, friendly and very gentle.

I called to check on a referral that I have been waiting for about a month and the operator said he didn't know because he was an operator and hanged up on me. Mind you I was not even rude all I asked was for a call back. That same day I had a $15 transaction from family physicians why would my card be run when I was not even present to be provided services for ? The transaction was reversed the issue is that they charged me without my authorization. I have been calling and the phone sounds busy all the time.

On September 14, 2024, I had my first visit to this night clinic and was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who helped me sign in seamlessly. I was impressed to see her go above and beyond to assist a very sick elderly lady, displaying remarkable patience and compassion—something I hadn't witnessed before in a healthcare setting.
As I was leaving, the receptionist maintained her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude. The doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, while the nurse was both friendly and efficient. I will certainly be returning! I came in at 6pm and left within an hour. Thank you !

"I visited the doctor's office for a simple prescription renewal, but was shocked to be charged for services I didn't request or receive, including x-rays, lab tests, and an EKG. Now they are asking for an additional consultation fee just to discuss the lab results. This unnecessary billing and lack of transparency in charges is concerning and frustrating. I hope that the office can improve their billing practices and communication with patients in the future to avoid similar situations."

Receptionist upfront is horribly rude to people entering. Please fix that , many patients this morning were talked to in a rude manner and I defended so many people including the way I was approached. Her name is Stephanie and does not wear a name tag and did not want to give it to take to the higher ups for handling matter. Highly no don’t recommend based on front receptionist. Aleyda on the other hand was business professional and sweet and took care of answering my questions so thank you for having her! Needless to say.

FYI - Be aware that if you are the victim of a physical assault (as my daughter was) this clinic will not see you. Oh, and they won't tell you until you arrive for your appointment - even though you have filled out paperwork days before stating that your injury was the result of an assault. Maybe it is more entertaining to humiliate the victim publicly, who knows. This is just one more instance of the victim being victimized over and over again. Also, if you try to email them with any complaints at the contact address given on their website, it won't work. Figures.

SHAME ON YOU DR GUERRA!
We've had a few visits at this clinic with Dr. Garza. Super doctor. Dr. Guerra on the other hand is a different story. Very rude with my granddaughter. First thing that my 3 yr old granddaughter said was that she was scared. Her mom reassured her everything would be alright. Boy was she wrong! Dr. Guerra seemed like he could care less about her and was just anxious to get out of there. Wasn't able to say why she had a fever of a 103 but said he would prescribe antibiotic anyway. How can he as a doctor prescribe medication and not know what he is treating? Having a bad day? Maybe. But that is NO EXCUSE to not treat your patients your patients with respect. No matter what their age is. We have never been so disappointed in a doctor as we were tonight.

Office staff -Connie refused my child medical attention due to a balance from an unpaid insurance claim from 2021 belonging to my spouse (with a completely separate insurance) my child had a broken nose and possible concussion. Connie informed me that my child would not be seen or receive medical attention unless the balance was paid in full. $500
I hope the doctors at Valley Night Clinic are aware that an office staff member refused and denied a child from receiving medical attention due to an insurance billing issue. Clearly the health and wellbeing of their patients is not a priority.

Hrs of operation are good ,, but but most of the staff are very unfriendly. Drs are good. But thanks to a few bad apples the bad perception of the clinic is the same for the rest of the staff sorry guys!!!!! Drs... educate yor bad apples

I saw Dr Garza and was very happy with my visit. Only waited about 30 mins in the lobby to be seen. Janie is also very helpful and provides amazing assistance.
