Definitely 100% recommended. I did the 6 week challenge and I am more than satisfied with the results and service received. Excellent coaches and administrative staff. Very healthy, respectful and friendly environment.

I 100% recommend FIT Lab. I just finished my 6 weeks challenge with coach Stephanie. I got so much support and encouragement from her as well as from the other coaches that work there. It was awesome! You will definitely see a difference.
