This store is grossly dirty, these are the nicest photos. Everything is covered in stains, layers of dust, and stuck on gum everywhere. For a store that charges 100 bucks a shirt to keep their store this gross is wrong on so many levels.

During my recent visit to the Express store in the mall, I interacted with a staff member named Joey. While Joey was approachable and friendly, there were aspects of the service that could be improved upon.Firstly, Joey's knowledge about the store's products seemed limited. When asked for details about certain clothing items, he appeared unsure and struggled to provide accurate information. This made it challenging to make an informed decision about my purchase.Additionally, Joey's responsiveness could be enhanced. There were times during my visit when I needed assistance, but he was not readily available, leading to some delays in my shopping experience.However, I believe these are areas where Joey can grow with more experience and training. His willingness to help and polite demeanor are commendable qualities that can be built upon. With further product training and a bit more attention to customer needs, I am confident Joey can offer an outstanding service experience in the future.I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to Joey's professional development. I look forward to a better experience on my next visit.

Store was dirty and smelled funny. I went on a regular Tuesday, not lots of customers. There shouldn't be a reason why the store was so dirty and disorganized. There were drinks on the floor and can't wraps throughout the entire store. Dressing rooms were also full of clothes! Was very disappointed.

Went in to make some shopping for my son and noticed that all employees were busy folding and cleaning. It has been A long time since I have seen this, the lady manager has extremely great customer service and has great leadership that's probably why the store has such good employees. Thanks Manager ( Lesley ) keep up the great work Ma'am !!
