Rgv be careful or don't go there.went in for a wheel alignment did nothing to it. Told me that my frame was bent.which is bullshit.and very bad service and waited a long ass time.went to another place they got it done the same day. Turned out nothing was wrong with truck just needed a simple alignment.dont get robbed like I did.

Had a bad experience went 3 day ago to install 4 new tires and they didn't even balance the tires so went next day and told me they were gonna take like 2 hours that to go next day at 8am and that I was not gonna take that long so I went and drop of truck so then came back 3 hours and still my truck was the same . This is the last time I go there, it really sucks and the employees suck too.

Do not buy tires here!!! One of my brand new tires was bad & I've had the tires for 7 day's so they said I did the damage myself!! No warranty!!! Go buy tires from Espino in Pharr much more professional & courteous!! Or go to Discount Tires

The owner who is supposedly in San Antonio quotes you an affordable price for a set of tires, then in the Mcallen store the sellers ignore the quote and offer you others for a higher price

Got a quote over the phone and they gave me a whole different price in person, gave a bunch of excuses about the type of tire and then after negotiating a final price they still added an extra charge for balance and rotation. Super sketchy and only ended up paying it because the truck was already there but I'm never going back.

Well, people, I recommend that you never go to this place... First, they promised me that it wouldn't take long for what they would do to my car and the 2 hours I had to wait turned into 5 hours, and to finish completing, they damaged my entire car next to it. right, and they remained very silent, they were not even able to accept that they scratched my car or crashed it, never go there, they take your car and you don't even know what they do to it, the worst experience of all, I took it there, I leave it to them photo of the car so that they remember and to see if I dare to go to the police to check cameras so that they can be held responsible

I decided to go to Espino Tires in McAllen for 2 brand new tires today, on 06/11/2024. I waited over 3 hours, and when I got there it was empty. Absolutely awful experience and I would never recommend that anyone go there. It is totally unacceptable that I had to wait so long. It was only 2 tires. The person who brought me to the place felt horrible. He was excited to refer me and now he feels embarrassed that he referred me. Horrible and unacceptable. I mean seriously, 3 1/2 hour wait for 2 tires when the place was empty. Don't go there ever, you will regret it.

It's a shame to know that I know Hector Espino Sr. Although, I know business is business, but I never thought anyone would treat people the way I've been treated. I work hard for my money and being a single woman I take care of it. Going to Espinos I thought that I would be saving and buying the best. I was very wrong and disappointed. Thank you Espino for showing me that there is crooked people. That making the sale is more important than than the quality of work that is done. Thanks for nothing.

Buyers beware this tire shop will not do returns will not offer or provide any type of warranty / exchange bought some rims which were damaged they refused to exchange or warranty them. Will never buy here again lesson learned.

Gentlemen, one is going to buy. Don't ask for the tires to be given away, ask for information and the employees don't care if you buy one or not, bad attitude when serving customers, I hope they change their bad attitude.

They tell you one price and then call you after you’ve dropped off what you need done and they’ll double it. Don’t recommend going to them for anything. Not even a patch.
