Only had 2 associates acknowledge us on the second floor. Thursday afternoon,4th of July. Noticed every associate were on their phones. Some walking with their phones and others laughing and chit chatting about what they were seeing on their phones. If I were managing this store I'd have a no cell phone policy. I'd also have every associate acknowledge every single customer that they walk by. I manages a dept store in Mt past and if I caught my associates not acknowledge a guest I would make them greet at the main entrance for 30 minutes.
It's sad to see such a nice store with associates with poor attitudes and behaviors such as this.

Worst service I’ve received from a high end department store from Mary and the Polo Dept staff, having spent thousands of dollars in your store and not able to help with 2 defective items says tons about whose running the store. Purchased new clothes from y’all to attend a 2 day meeting in Detroit Mi and had the worst experience with your product and now your staff, “you never say no to your clients”, you always find a way…I never return clothes but this time I had the worst experiences ever!! ?? image yourself attending a meeting with your fly open throughout the whole day…and then on top of that get the worst customer service… thanks for nothing, talk about losing a loyal customer ??

Difference between male and female department customer service. I don’t know if one department was staffed less vs the other but they seemed very frustrated on the 2nd floor women department.
I witnessed a customer ask where to place clothing she didn’t like and a worker, without saying a word, just pointed to a rack (probably 6 feet tall) to place the clothes and kept walking. They appeared overwhelmed.
