Walked in to ask for help on a tax form and was told to wait a few minutes for someone and the receptionist has a barefoot up on a chair. Only to be told if I'm not going to file with them I would still be charged $160+ as if I were going to file, although I only have 2 questions on a form I already filled out and only need clarification/advice. ?????

Warning!! Do not do business with theses people. They lie and take advantage of their customers, they add extra charges to file and then go and say that it’s the IRS that requires them to charge that amount. We called the IRS , and we were told that anyone who claims depends cannot receive their income tax return in 10 to 14 days. Anyone who has depends has to wait 18to20 days. Yet at Caridad Diaz they charge everyone depends or not over 200$ to file for10 to 14 days, and never mention that there is no way people with kids can actually receive their tax return in that time table that they give you. Not only that when we confronted them about this scam they are doing to so many hard working people,they weren’t even willing to refund the extra money that they maliciously took. Who knows how many more people they have done this to. Very disappointed in them .

Do not do your income tax here or any other type of service!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve called several times and every time i speak with someone, they always seem to be in a bad mood. They speak to you in a very condescending way. And if you show up asking questions it’s the same thing. It’s almost as if their doing you the favor by being there. Worst place ever!!!
