That old guy at the gun area needs to step up on his customer service, came to ask for a specific gun for my dad’s birthday, he seems uninterested. Didn’t even look at me while I was asking him about a specific pistol I was planning to gift to my dad so I left.

Giving 5 stars because of the salesman Felipe, we walked in "just looking " and my wife walked out with a big diamond and baguette band for herself and I walked out with a brand new. 22 AR I added a sight and pistol grip too! We asked an older "Anglo " gentleman for help and was quickly told they didn't have what we were looking for. Felipe took the time to actually answer our questions even ended up taking ammo. So when your there ask for Felipe, he is patient and knowledgeable in everything in there.

Walked In I was Welcome After that, I went to where all the rifles were, and both employees completely ignored me ! I guess they didn't want my money. They need some experience Sales guys there .Won't go again Lost my Business

I had a issue with my shotgun, the manufacturer sent it all messed up, but thankfully I was referred to this place and I want to give a special shout out to Mr Chip , not only did he help fix my shotgun, but he broke it down to how to care for it in the future, I am definitely returning in cases that have issues with any firearms, thank you so much! 10 stars from me!

Stopped by because of the reviews. Really nice people, attentive, willing to help even though I was dressed down. I felt welcomed. Can't beat the good prices as well.
